What is CPD?

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is part of being an FA Licensed Coach. It shows coaches are striving to be the best coach they can be, and that they are trying to constantly improve their skills.

It means committing to a given number of hours of training per year, depending on the level of coaching qualification held.

Our programme has been designed to assist and support clubs within our county to offer quality coaching, raise standards, and reward quality.
