Parklife Football Hub's Workshop - Friday 4th November 2016

The Parklife Football Hubs Programme is a new football capital investment programme funded by the FA, Premier League and Sport England (backed by Government). Parklife is targeted at local authorities and aims to see a radical transformation of grassroots football facilities to help address current public sector financial challenges and address the recommendations laid out by The FA Chairman’s England Commission. The workshop is designed to provide an overview of the strategic context, aims, the key criteria and details of how organisations can express an interest in joining the programme. We will also bring the programme to life with an overview of the Sheffield pilot and in particular how Sheffield City Council approached delivery.

The event will be held at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, Marlow Road, Bisham, SR7 1RR, with the event commencing at 11am and finishing at 2pm.
