The project requirements include, amongst other things, creating, delivering and reviewing 8 coaching sessions linked to 8 match days showing a linked focus. Coaches will also need to demonstrate knowledge of their players development needs and identify strategies to support those players based on The FA 4 Corner Long Term Development model. This is not especially onerous but cannot be completed unless you are actually coaching a team (the format is not relevant – so 5, 7, 9 or 11-a-side).
