Sak is a leading Mental Fitness Coach with a passion for helping football players and coaches unlock their teams full potential. He has worked with several County FAs across the country, delivering CPD events and supporting players to optimise their mental fitness skills. Too often, players focus on the physical and technical aspects of their game – but 90% of the game is based on our mindset and psychology. It’s important to begin by exploring what Mental Fitness is and how it might be relevant to players in and away from football.
