Surrey FA are pleased to announce our latest addition to the CPD Programme: Building a Winning Environment.

This event will contribute to 3 hours CPD.

Gary Waddock, Ireland International, QPR, Portsmouth, Wycombe, Oxford, and current Aldershot Town Manager will speak about how he has built winning environments and adapted training methods across the years and the involvement of younger players.

If that wasn't enough, we've also got treble winning Donovan Chislett, who has reached the FA Youth Cup Round 1, Round 3 and Round 4 in the past 3 seasons,  who will discuss about creating the winning environment and how he has developed so many players into professional football and the men’s game. He will also deliver a practical session designed to support the winning environment.

This event will show you how you use the FA’s Four Corner Model to create a winning environment and will take place at the brand new Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub. This will provide the perfect facility to support this event. This will be delivered through classroom style learning, practical session and there will be lots of opportunities for questions and answers.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS RECOGNISED CPD HOURS FOR LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 COACHES. THIS DOES NOT COUNT FOR LEVEL 3 (UEFA B COACHES) AND ABOVE
