The Surrey FA Young Leaders Development Day is aimed at 16 – 24 year olds. It is targeted at young volunteers who are looking to develop their skills as a leader and gain some new ideas and ways of thinking. This year’s event will include workshops around Disability Football, Futsal, Social Media & Personal Development.

Attendees will be able to develop some of the core six areas set out in the Football Futures Programme (refereeing, coaching, promoting the game, running and developing the game, promoting the respect programme and organising events). Please note, this event is NOT a football camp but there will be an element of playing football within some of the workshops.
