The Journey Home

The session will be led by FA National Coach Developer Wayne Burnett. Wayne made over 300 league appearances and managed Dagenham & Redbridge FC in League 2 and has since gone on to become an employee of the FA.

This session will focus on the effect coaches and parents have on our young players and will involve both theory and practical sessions.

The things we will look at are the words we use and the environment we create has an impact on players emotions and ultimately performance.
