Theme – Differentiation – how to differentiate between individuals within a group to be able to plan and adapt sessions to suit all individuals and the unit, especially in disability football.

Time – 6.30pm to 8.30pm

This session will look at how to plan and adapt sessions to cater for a wide range of abilities within a group, how to challenge stronger players and help weaker players within the session without affecting the group. It will focus on skills needed to differentiate between players and how to adapt sessions to suit all and the different roles & responsibilities for individuals and units within the game.

It is aimed around coaching disabled footballers, however the session would be suitable for any coach working with younger players.
