Stepping Over The Sidelines is an introductory workshop for women, self-identifying women and non-binary people from all backgrounds, to explore the topic of football coaching. 

The workshop aims to break down barriers such as, “I have no playing or coaching experience” or “I don’t know the rules” and looks at skills & attributes that individuals may already hold which can be transferable to coaching football. The workshop will inspire women by highlighting positive role models in the game who are influencing change and have gone through a similar pathway.

Entry: FREE

By attending the workshop, you are in no way committing to coaching but hopefully it'll give you more information on what's involved and will increase your confidence in your own abilities. 

As part of attendance of this workshop, you will receive a free ticket to the Dorking Wanderers Women v Fulham FC Women league match at Meadowbank, kicking off at 15:30.
