The FA Introduction to Coaching Football course is complemented by this face-to-face practical CPD workshop, designed for coaches who want to build confidence in planning and delivering sessions to create a safe, fun and enjoyable environment or for those wishing to run a team.

The workshop aims to support beginner and novice coaches who have just started their coaching journey, but also acts as a useful refresher for anyone returning to the game in a coaching capacity.

During this workshop, coaches will:

• Observe experienced Coach Deliverers creating a positive environment
• Discuss how to manage difference effectively using STEP
• Explore key learnings within own context
