Working with young female players who are striving ahead can present unique coaching challenges. This workshop will help grassroots coaches identify, stretch and challenge talented players, providing practical approaches to support their continued development while maintaining an inclusive and engaging environment for all. 

This workshop will look into how the Ipswich Town emerging talent centre operates and the pathway opportunities for young females in the county.
