CPD - Player Development

A three hour theory/practical workshop Looking at key characteristics of players at this age including why they play, what they want, what they need, all linked to LTPD.

CPD led by the FA's Andy Somers, Regional club coach mentor officer, Supported by Paul Clowes, coach club mentor. The CPD will be working with Blythe Bridge juniors which will look at the long term development plan and how that impacts across the players journey from mini soccer to 11 v 11 football. The session will highlight to coaches how the needs of the player will evolve throughout their development journey.
