Staffordshire FA will be hosting a Referee Taster Evening on Monday 13th July 2015 which will take place from 6.45pm until 9pm at the Staffordshire FA offices in Stafford.
The evening will be delivered by FA referee tutors who will be advising on the types of referee courses available to you and providing an initial insight into the world of refereeing.
The evening will provide you with further information on the different formats of the game.
By finding out more about the options available to you as a referee, you will then be able to make a decision as to what kind of referee course you would like to sign up to.
Following this evening you will be able to sign up to a referee courses in Staffordshire.
Course Details
Date - Monday 13th July
Time – 6.45pm till 9pm
Venue – Staffordshire FA, Dyson Court, Beaconside, Stafford, ST18 0LQ
Cost - £20 (Which will be deducted from your course fees once signed up to a referee course after the evening)
Age
– You must be 14 years old and above to attend the evening
Cancellation
Unfortunately due to an increasing number of candidates cancelling at late notice, it is with regret that we have had to make changes to our booking policy. Therefore the ‘Association’ has introduced a strict cancellation and transfer policy. Should a candidate need to cancel their place on a course for any reason, the following criteria will apply:
- More than 14 days notice – Full refund less a £10 administration charge.
- 14 days or less notice – 50% of course cost returned or transfer available for a surcharge of £10.
- 7 days or less notice – No refund is returned, only transfer available for a surcharge of £10.
Consideration will be given to candidates who, for health reasons are unable to attend and require a transfer to another course. A letter from a doctor or medical professional may be requested.
Transfer Fee
Candidates wishing to transfer to another course more than 14 days prior to the commencement date will incur the following cost:
An administration fee of £10 will be charged.
Declaration
I agree to abide by the course regulations and I understand that if I should wish to withdraw either before or after the commencement of the course, a refund will be given only in exceptional circumstances and that neither the Football Association, the Staffordshire Football Association, nor their servants, agents or employees are under any liability in respect of injury, loss or damage, which I may sustain.
