Our mission has not changed, but we have evolved and we are growing. Season 1 of The Staffordshire CDN delivered more than just a development program—it became a vibrant, supportive ecosystem for coaches who are serious about their craft. With its structured support, expert mentors, and a wealth of resources, it sets a benchmark for Staffordshire Coach Development.
So our mission is still to deliver top-tier coach development experiences, offer unparalleled support, mentor coaches, and networking opportunities for coaches across Staffordshire. The Staffordshire Coach Development Network is designed to serve coaches at every level, whether you're a playmaker coach or hold a pro license.
What will the Coach Development Network (CDN) offer you?
The Coach Development Network (CDN) will give you access to all of Staffordshire's Coach Development events, Coach Mentoring, networking opportunities and access to tickets for Football matches & Uttoxeter races. You will receive support from our dedicated team of Coach Development Leads who will provide you with the best support, advice and progression. The CDN operates from 1st July 2025 - 30th June 2026, as part of the CDN you can expect;
- Monthly Face 2 Face Coach Development/ Networking events
- Access to bespoke Coach development programme
- Priority booking to Stoke City & Port Vale CPD events
- Included access to all Staffordshire FA Development events (Costs £5 per event)
- Access to CDN WhatsApp group
- Access to 4 Staffordshire based Coach Development Leads
- Access to Coach Mentoring observation days
- Access to free coaching resources, session plans, video content
- Rewards such as kit & equipment - England Tickets/ FA cup tickets
- Included access to The Staffordshire Coaching Conference (Cost £10 per person)
- Coaching assessment days
- Included access to prepare for UEFA C & UEFA B events
- Support in UEFA C & UEFA B Coaching applications
