CPD - Systems of Play (12 - 16 year olds)

A two hour theory/practical workshop looking at the various systems of play that are commonly employed in the game, the role and responsibilities of the players within the various systems and the strengths/weaknesses that each system provides.

CPD led by Staffs FA's county coach developer, Ronnie Reason, will be working alongside players within the 'youth phase' at Penkridge juniors. The CPD will explore different formations within the 11 v 11 game, the benefits of different formations and how they impact on the player in relation to the long term player development model.
