Aged 14-24? Involved in football? If so, Staffordshire FA Youth Council would like to invite you to the Staffordshire FA Youth Forum.

To be held at Staffordshire FA Offices on Friday 10th April, the Staffordshire FA Youth Council will be holding a Youth Forum that will aim to gain as much information as possible from young people on how they feel football across Staffordshire could be improved.

The forum will consist of 6 workshops based around the following topics:
- Futsal
- The RESPECT Campaign
- Refereeing
- Coaching
- Participation
- Are you getting the appropriate support?
The event will also include a question and answers session with special guests.

The forum will allow attendees to raise any topics where they feel that improvements could be made across the county including topics ranging from participation to administration, from coaching to welfare.

Guests to the event include:
Steve Swallow - National Project Officer
David Gough - Regional Football Development Officer
Andy Weston - Football Development Manager (English Schools FA)
Staffordshire FA Representative
A high profile referee (TBC)
England Women's Footballer (TBC)

A Q&A session will be held with all of the special guests to allow attendees the opportunity to gain a knowledge and understanding of what is required in the numerous fields that make up football, from grassroots to the professional game.

Attendees have to be aged 14-24 and be involved in football in some capacity. Either player, coach, volunteer or referee.

Please note to access this online application, you will need a FAN (FA Number).

If have ever been involved in football or taken an FA Qualification, it is highly likely you already have a FAN. If you do not know your FAN or password, or need to create a FAN, please use our FAN FINDER tool by clicking to register/retrieve your details.

Please be aware that if you already have a FAN, and create another FAN, this could cause delays in being confirmed on the course and any qualifications being awarded.

If the FAN Finder says you haven't got a FAN, and you think you have, then please click here for a full guide on how to locate it.
