Brief | The evening, led by FA County Coach Developer Matt Jones, will dive into the HOW & WHAT of a season review, with the aim to:

  • How to objectively reflect on your season and your development as a coach

  • Introduce coaches to reflective questions & frameworks to help gather feedback & evidence

  • How to review the season with players / coaches / parents

  • Identify how reflection can be use as the start of the planning process for next season

The workshop will be theory / classroom based to which there will be ample opportunity to discuss & ask questions related to the topic.
