Course Duration: 2 1/2 hours
Who is it for: This course is open to all club administrators, club committee members, Chairpersons, Secretaries and Treasurers who are interested in enhancing their knowledge of financial monitoring and budgeting.

Course aims and objectives: Delivered by PwC as part of the Club Leaders programme, candidates will gain the knowledge and confidence on how to create, read and analyse a set of comprehensive club accounts and set realistic budgets for the forthcoming season.

Course Content: The course will provide candidates with knowledge of the following financial elements:

Income & expenditure
Balance Sheets
Depreciation
Presenting your accounts
Cash flow
Budgeting
PAYE & NI
Candidates will receive financial templates that can used back at their club
