Tom took on the role of Head Coach at Loughborough University, the UK's most prestigious sporting institution, where he managed all aspects of the largest and most consistently successful university football programme in the UK. Tom was Technical Director of the Antigua and Barbuda FA and the Head Coach of the Antigua Barracudas playing in the USL. During Tom's tenure the Antigua and Barbuda moved from 120 to 83 in the FIFA rankings. Tom has coached at Derby County and Notts Forest Academies and was also Academy Manager at Bristol Rovers where his U18 team went unbeaten all season winning both the Youth Alliance League and Cup. Tom is a very forward thinking coach and amongst his qualifications is the prestigious Academy Managers Licence. Tom currently works for The FA as a Youth Coach Developer and works with elite coaches in the professional game, delivering qualifications in situ as part of his remit.
For his Coaching Workshop, Tom will deliver a session on The England DNA and it involves Tom's take on the technical and tactical understanding in players. The practical element will be preceded by an indoor presentation to "set the scene" for Tom's practical demonstration.
