Introduction to Coach - Female Coaches

Female Coach Forum Details:

Date: Monday 20th May 2019
Venue: Oxford City Football Club, Court Place Farm, Marsh Lane, Oxford, OX3 0NQ
Time: 19:00-21:30
Cost: Free

Open to: All female coaches

What is it:

This introductory workshop is for women and girls of all backgrounds who would like to get into volunteering and coaching football.

Delivered face to face, the workshop aims to break down some of the barriers such as, "I have no playing or coaching experience" or "I don't know the rules" and looks at skills and attributes that you may already hold that can be transferred to coaching football.

The workshop will also give a flavour of the prospective next steps, including The BT Playmaker by England Football and the Introduction to Coaching Football course.

This is the perfect opportunity for parents, players and more to get further information on giving back and supporting the next generation.

What you will Need:

  • Note taking materials are recommended

Please Note: All attendees will be required to show proof of a lateral flow test on arrival. Those who are unable to show proof of a test will not be admitted to the event. ALL attendees will also be required to wear masks when indoors and socially distance.

Additional Information:

In keeping with our commitment to keeping the game safe and in line with FA Safeguarding Policies if you are aged 18 or under you are required to supply the name and contact details of an adult next of kin or carer who will be included in any correspondence we may have with you.
