This two hour workshop will look at ways to engage parents and significant others into the process of player development, helping to provide the necessary support and learning for player development.

We all know parents are a big part of a players development especially when you may only have your players for an hour a week for training and then a couple of hours on a game day. When traveling to and from a game or training players will usually be in the company of their parents, especially at the younger age groups, and this journey as well as other times at home during a week will be discussions around the game. So with this in mind it is worthwhile investing some time into engaging parents with things such as why your doing things at training to how they can help players review their performance.
