We would like to provide an opportunity for all coaches to gain further insight to what an RTC is and look at the aspects around the technical and tactical programme. 


We will look at how both the social and psychological corners are embedded to teach values associated with Teesside and what is required to develop England players.


We will spend some time in the classroom to highlight the weeks topic and go outside to see this being delivered across different age groups.


There will be opportunities to ask questions around The FA’s programme and create a deeper understanding of the female football pathway.
