“The benefits of FA Mentors to grassroots clubs & coaches”.
There are 6 mentors in the county who each provide 100 hours of mentoring to support grassroots clubs and coaches.
The feedback from those who have been fortunate enough to be part of the scheme has been very positive but we were keen to showcase the work carried out by Mentors to as many clubs and coaches as we possibly could.
This event is being organised by the Northants FA Mentor team
On the evening the mentors will work with 2 age groups u10’s & u15’s where coaches can observe how a mentor would develop a training session into a match scenario
FA Lead Mentor Sam Griffiths will present an overview of the scheme and there will also be an opportunity to register your interest in joining next year’s programme
This event is open to all coaches whatever level with the option of using the hours as CPD for LCC members
