“Getting the best out of your players”.

The evening will look at both the practical and theory behind 'Getting the best out of players',

The session will help coaches:

· Understand ways of challenging players that are striving and struggling into the same session
· Explain the importance of challenging individuals within a session

Taking place at the Northants FA Advanced Coaching centre (girls), the evening will give a behind the scenes insight into how the centre operates.

This LCC Event is FREE and is aimed at coaches who have completed FA Level 1/2 and coaching or looking to coach in Charter Standard Clubs in Northamptonshire. The night also serves as a Coach License Event for those who are members of the FA Coach License Club.
