Middlesex FA County Coach Developer Christina Oshodi will deliver a two hour theory workshop for club officials, coaches and volunteers around creating a club philosophy.
The workshop will look at a variety of concepts, such as winning v development approach and how this can impact on your players. Discussions will be held on how individual club philosophies are delivered in training and match day environments, making reference to The FA’s philosophy and The Future Game.
The workshop will count towards 2 hours of Licensed Coaches Club CPD for Level 1 and 2 coaches (Coaches of other levels can attend but will not be able to claim CPD hours for attending).
