Developing individuals and teams across the FA 4 corner model

Many coaches who have gone through the FA coaching qualifications will be familiar with the 4 corner long term development model. This workshop aims to refresh coaches on the model and how it can be utilised effectively to develop players as individuals within teams. A theoretical session will provide coaches with the following:

A deeper insight into each of the 4 corners and what skills can be developed within them.
An understanding of how to profile individual players across the 4 corners to help gain a detailed insight into their strengths and areas for development.
Ideas of how the process of profiling can aid effective planning of coaching sessions.
