FA County Coach Developer Matt Craddock and FA Skills Team Leader Rebecca Garlick are teaming up to bring you two CPD workshops which tie in to the England DNA, and consider how coaches can support their teams through the various formats of football from 5v5 to 11v11 by using appropriate coaching techniques and practice design. Coaches will observe and take part in two separate workshops involving both theory and practical elements, as Rebecca and Matt take them through various ideas and practices which cover the two topics.
This workshop will look at the key considerations for players as they transition through the different formats of football from 5v5 to 11v11.
