Age Appropriate Coaching for 5-11 Year Olds

Key outcomes of the session include:

1. What do 5-11 year olds want from their session? what can we do as coaches, include in our practices that will be enjoyable and effective in regards to our players' Development.

2. What should our aims as coaches be when working within the 5-11 age range, how can we ensure our practices meet the needs of each individual within the team.

3. Examples of practices - the coaches will deliver a taster of practices that are appropriate for 5-7 year olds and 8-11 year olds, observing coaches will be able to take away various practices that they can use with their own players.
