Black History Month - A Football Celebration Event
LIVERPOOL COUNTY FA IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE CELEBRATING BLACK HISTORY MONTH WITH A CPD EVENT TAKING PLACE AT OUR WALTON HALL PARK HQ ON MONDAY 28 OCTOBER 2019. FROM 6.30pm - 9.30PM.
This year’s event will once again aim to promote, support and engage the BAME football communities across our county.
Key not speaker will be ex Liverpool FC player Howard Gayle who will talk about his journey from rassroots to the professional game. Other guest speakers will range from grassroots to the professional game, the event will also include a Q&A session with local BAME referee Jacob Viera and Comfort Etim ex Kenyan female international footballer.
The evening looks set to be another marvellous evening, showcasing the local talent from Merseyside’s BAME communities. There will also be a medley of free food and drink on offer from our diverse cultural backgrounds which will certainly spice up the night.
