Catering to the individual needs of your players can always be a challenge, especially when trying to align them to your playing philosophy.
Your player profiles play a big role in influencing this, within this workshop you will reflect upon the level of detail across The FA Four Corner model from The FA Level 3 and align it to your playing philosophy.
Putting this into practice will be the next step. Following the workshop, you should be able to plan for practices and match days to benefit your individual player needs and your playing philosophy.
You’ll also gain an understanding of how to shape your behaviour as a coach and how to act based on the needs of your players.
