Practice Design

This event is FREE to attend.

This is a theory and practical based workshop to support female coaches across the county.   The workshop will help coaches to develop their understanding of practice design and the impact it has on their players. There will also be the opportunity to see and take part in different practices with an element of reflection. 

The group will consider:

• Their favourite practice! What makes it so good?
• Different types of practice including Constant, Variable and Random and the trade offs
• The FA's STEP process
• The FA's 4 corner Long Term Player Development model
