Welfare Officer Seminar

As part of the continual development of the Club Welfare Officer role, Hertfordshire FA is offering additional training for CWO’s.

The next event is at Ware Youth FC on 20th February 2012
The event will cover the following areas:

Social Networking and developing online guidance for clubs. This is a growing issue in life as well as football and we therefore need to ensure that safeguards are put in place to protect all participants
Online CRB applications. Much easier to use and at a cost of £10 can save the club money as well
Dealing with internal club discipline. Ensuring that issues are dealt with effectively and to the benefit of all participants.
Member Services. Covering an overview on using the site as well as answering any queries.

The event is free to Club Welfare Officers and is not exclusive to them as other club officers can attend.
