England DNA Foundation Phase Roadshow - Pete Sturgess

We are delighted to announce that we’ll be welcoming back Pete Sturgess, National Lead Foundation Phase (5-12), for the second part of the England DNA Foundation Phase Roadshow on Tuesday 26th March 2019.

Throughout the last two years, Pete and his team have worked tirelessly to create the Foundation Phase element of the England DNA. This CPD event will provide you with an insight into the content of the DNA and how this applies to you in your coaching context and the development of our youngest players.

On the evening, you’ll be guided through some theoretical background which will set the scene for the practical session, held on the 3G pitch. This event will provide a fantastic opportunity for you to gain a first-hand insight into the Foundation Phase and will help us all build the foundations for future success.

Pre-Event Information:

Dress Code: Warm clothing for outdoor observation. Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn when entering the 3G pitch

Car parking: Free parking is available on site

The workshop is being run in partnership with a Hertfordshire FA affiliated club. Therefore players will be provided by the club.

Additional information: If you are unable to attend then please do not book. Please note that places will be in high demand for this event therefore if you book and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

CPD FAQ: Please note that although CPD hours are no longer required for Level 1 & 2 coaches for their FA Licensed Coaches Club Membership, attendance at this event will see the hours accredited to their FAN and individual learning journey.
