Session Content: Finding your coaching Philosophy

We can often observe elite level coaches and formulate an idea of their coaching philosophies. It has become very apparent that to be an effective coach you now need to develop a culture in addition to coaching the game. This event will explore how coaches can begin to build and develop their coaching values and belief. This will be linked with practical observation and critique of Mike Antrobus and his coaching philosophy. By the end of the evening you will hopefully go away with some reflective thoughts on:

1) What are your values and beliefs

2) How do your behaviours reflect these
