Session Content:

A two hour theory and practical workshop will explore the In Possession strand of the England DNA, looking into how it looks across the different age ranges. You will be introduced to the ‘love the ball, love the game’ messages from the age phase specific strands and see how this relates to practical delivery. Observing players and an FA tutor bringing this to life.


An FA Tutor will be on hand to deliver a presentation prior the sessions based on:

Where Does the Practice fit into a linked-progressive syllabus



During delivery an FA tutor will be on hand during the sessions to answer any questions that may relate to the practice, technical points, tactical information, learning outcomes and managing the potential difference using the STEPS principle. 

Please bring: A drink (no snacks) and writing materials for any notes you may wish to take.

This event will attract 2 hours of CPD for Level 1 & Level 2 coaches for the purposes of retaining membership of the FA Licensed Coaches Club.


ALL CPD EVENTS NOW REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF £5.00, THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED IN FULL FOR CANDIDATES WHO ATTEND THE EVENT SUCCESSFULLY.
