Hampshire FA's Commercial Partners Hit Your Peak will be running a free mindset workshop exclusively for Hampshire FA members, sharing simple strategies to improve your communication so you can get the best out of your players.

The workshop is aimed specifically at coaches although all members are invited to attend the workshop; the session will provide members with the following tools:

• Understand how your everyday language may be undermining your message without you even knowing it
  
• Build stronger relationships just by knowing what to look for
  
• Get your players aligned with a common purpose, without egos getting in the way

If you feel like your message just isn’t getting through, or perhaps things are going well but you want to get yourself the edge – this workshop is for you! Whilst this will be focussed on a coaching specific environment, the skills are very much transferable, making this relevant for those looking to improve their communication in any area of life. The workshop will be in an informal setting, with a mixture of discussion and small group exercises, as well as some content delivered from the front of the room.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday 15th September 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Hampshire FA's HQ:
