This CPD session is available for Level 1 Coaches to attend

Youth Development Phase

The event will be held at a training evening hosted by Bristol Rovers and will consist of 6 phases as below:

Phase 1 – 18:00 to 18:10 – Classroom – Arrival and welcome

- Short arrival presentation on the structure of the event

Phase 2 – 18:10 to 18:30 – Classroom – Academy Philosophy & Coaching program

- Delivery of presentation on Academy Philosophy

Phase 3 – 18:30 to 18:50 – Classroom – YDP Outline & Session Frame

- Delivery of presentation around Youth Development Phase, how it links 13-14 & 15-16

Phase 4 – 18:50 to 19:00 – Break

- A good chance to network

Phase 5 – 19:00 to 19:40 – Observe Training Session 15/16s
Phase 6 – 19:40 to 20:00 – Summary and Q&A Session.
