Developing a Coaching Philosophy

Gloucestershire FA County Coach Developer Steve Lilley and FA Regional Coach Mentor Officer Ceri Bowley will deliver this two hour theory workshop designed to look at how a coach builds their philosophy around their team style of play and their values/beliefs around coaching, also for coaches to consider their club, its history, traditions, behaviours and values in partnership with their own.

This will count towards 2 Hours of your CPD.
