  • The workshop is for coaches who want to develop their understanding around adult players and how to navigate the challenges that come with it.
Who is it for?
  • Targeting coaches who hold any qualification.
  • 3 Hours of CPD will be accredited.
Outcomes
  • Observe a Coach Developer bring to life practices to support adult players.
  • Discuss how the practice spectrum can be used to deliver continuity for adult players to aid engagement.
  • Explore key learnings within own context.
  • 2 hours practical on the pitch.
