Welcome to our Youth League Workshops, supporting coaches working with young people aged 7-11 years of age!

Workshop Overview
  • This workshop, in relationship with our Essex County FA Youth Leagues network, supports coaches (both new and existing) to develop their understanding of how to support our youngest players aged 7-11 years of age. 
Who is it for?
  • Targeting coaches of all qualification levels.
  • For new or existing coaches working within the 7-11 year old age groups.
  • 3 Hours of CPD will be accredited.
Outcomes
  • Observe a Coach Developer bring to life the coaching skills and behaviours required to help engage and develop this age group.
  • Discuss how to design practices that are fun, inclusive and engaging.
  • Develop your understanding of the key techniques and capabilities that our youngest players should look to develop.
  • 2 hours practical on the pitch.
