Coaching Insights with Dmitri Halajko - Colchester United FC 

Open to all coaches (no qualification necessary). Accredited FA CPD hours for Level 1-4 coaches.

As Colchester United Sporting Director and FA Pro Licence Coach - Dmitri will be sharing his coaching journey, experiences of youth coach development, as well as discussing player development across the age phases.

Dmitri returned to the U’s in 2022, having previously worked for them in a number of roles over a ten-year period, including Centre of Excellence Manager/Community Manager, and leading the Colchester United Ladies team. He left the JobServe Community Stadium in 2010 to take up a Regional Manager position at the Football Association. 

Other experience includes: 

• West Ham United U23s and PDP Lead Coach 
• Norwich City U12-U16 Lead Phase Coach and U16 Head Coach 
• Head of Player Development at Leicester City
• FA Youth Coach Educator and Youth Module Tutor  

The workshop will take place at The JobServe Community Stadium, prior to the BBC Essex Men's Senior Cup Final between Braintree Town and Concord Rangers.

A match ticket and stadium parking is included in the booking cost. All attendees are invited to enjoy the match from the West Stand after the workshop has finished (7:45pm KO).
