Course: ERCFA Coach Mentoring Consultation

Time: 6:30 – 9:30pm
Venue: Hull and East Riding Squash Club Description: This event is designed to support all coaches who have attend one of the FA Mentoring Adults Courses ran by ERCFA in the last three years and consult with attendees over the possible formation of an ERCFA Coach Mentoring programme. Any coach who has not attended the FA Mentoring Adults Course but has a desire to support and develop new and inexperienced coaches is welcome to attend this event. We know there are countless examples of great coach mentoring programmes taking place within clubs and this event will give attendees the opportunity to share this good practice and look into formalising a more county wide structured programme to support and reward the hard work of the coach mentors.
