The Female Player

This workshop will look at how to develop the modern female player for the future game. With the development pathway for female players to progress from grassroots to the elite level, as they transition through formats of the game and move up age groups, being more accessible and with more opportunities, we will look at the considerations of coaching the female player to prepare them to exploit these opportunities.
