Following the success of the previous Club Leaders workshop (February 2014) we are once again teaming up with Sport England and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) to deliver a further workshop to aid the running of your Club.

Aimed at improving the skills of key people running football Clubs, workshops have been created and specifically tailored for large Charter Standard Community Clubs and those playing at Steps 5, 6, 7, although some of the content will be applicable to all Clubs.

Dorset County FA are pleased to run the following workshop – Effective Club Structures for Football Clubs that will take place on Wednesday 21 May 2014 at Parley Sports FC from 7pm – 9.30pm.

The way a club is legally structured can have a significant impact on the running of a club and all club officials and members. Get it right, and a club can be run effectively and may benefit financially. The content includes the types of legal structure available, the pros and cons of each and other ways clubs may be structured to become more tax efficient  e.g. CASC, Charity and how to access Gift Aid.

This workshop provides Clubs with the opportunity to hear first hand from a leading multinational Company on ideas to aid the running of your Club – all at no cost to you!
