• Who is it for: This course is open to all club committee members, Chairpersons, Secretaries and Treasurers who are interested in creating a business plan for their football clubs to support the long term sustainability of the club and / or support funding applications.

Course aims and objectives:  Delivered by PwC as part of the Club Leaders programme, candidates will gain the knowledge and confidence to create a business plan for their football club.

Course Content: The course will provide candidates with knowledge of

• What a business plan is
• The value and function of a business plan
• How a vision, strategic planning and business planning integrate together
• How to develop a business plan and who should be involved
• Practical tips on how to structure an effective business plan to the needs of your club
