Goalkeeping In-Service Event

Surface – 3G All weather astro turf

Cost – FREE to all clubs

Outline - The Devon FA Girls’ Centre of Excellence will be running a Goalkeeping In-Service event for ALL CLUBS on the 5^th March 2012.

FA Goalkeeping tutor, Matt George will deliver a 2 hour practical session to 11-16 year olds covering specific goalkeeper warm-ups and coaching drills. Club coaches will be able to attend and observe and will be involved in a Question and Answer session at the end.

Who can attend?

ALL CLUBS are welcome to book places. There will be two aspects to the event – Practical and Observational.

Practical – 11-16 year old goalkeepers who want to be part of the practical session. Each club can book up to 2 goalkeepers on this event.

Observing – Clubs can book up to two places (in addition to any practical places) for their coaches to attend and observe the practical session where they will pick up some very useful ideas from the coaching drills.

There are limited spaces for both the practical and observation aspects of this event so if you are interested in booking a place then make sure you get in quick!
