Devon FA aim to bring together coaches working at grassroots level and

those within adult football to share their knowledge, experience
and to continually share best practice.

Regardless of whether you have been involved with football for many years, or are looking to get involved,
we hope that our regular scheduled networking sessions led by experienced coach educators and highly qualified coaches
will challenge you and contribute to your continual learning.

These sessions are FREE of charge.

This CPD event for Level 1, 2 & 3 coaches will be held at

The Park School, Park Lane, Barnstaple, Devon, EX32 9AX

on Sunday 1 September 2019 - 10 am - 1 pm

Developing the Female Player

The FA’s Coach Mentors, Tash Mills and Mark Rostock will deliver a workshop on 'Developing the Female Player',
and what coaches need to be aware of and how to adapt.

We will look at warm ups and physical differences, technical considerations, and how you may build in a social approach.

We will look at the female player pathway, including Advanced Coaching Centres and talent identification.

The workshop will benefit coaches with mixed teams, girls teams, a female players in their squad,
or indeed those interested in working with female players in the future.
