A Devon FA Twilight Coaches' Club event

Team culture - A vital ingredient to ‘success’.

It has become part of the DNA at Manchester United in Alex Ferguson’s tenure.
It is a huge component in Dave Brailsford’s ‘Marginal Gains Theory’ within British Cycling and Team Sky Pro Cycling.
It also recently came to fruition at the 2012 Ryder Cup, when Jose Maria Olazabel’s men completed the most amazing turnaround to clinch the victory.

Regional Coach Development Manager, Jack Walton, will lead this FREE workshop on ‘Team Culture’ - What is it? Why is it important when developing people and footballers?, and How can you instill a successful team culture that breathes ‘success’ within your team/organisation?

This event will count towards 3 hours of Licensed Coaches Club CPD for Level 1 and 2 coaches.

Twilight Coaches' Club

Devon FA aim to bring together coaches working at grassroots level and those within adult football to share their knowledge, experience and to continually

Regardless of whether you have been involved with football for many years, or are looking to get involved, we hope that our regular scheduled networking sessions led by experienced coach educators and highly qualified coaches will challenge you and contribute to your continual learning.

These sessions are FREE of charge, and welcome refreshments will be provided.

All sessions will be advertised at least two months in advance via 'News' section of the website, email, Twitter and Facebook.

We will also create a library of content covered, that will be accessible through the devonfa.com.

Following on from the early events, and hopefully when they have been well received, we hope that we are able to set up a mentoring scheme that will 'buddy up' local coaches and to help them share good practice even more regularly.

If you are interested in receiving regular information on the ' Twilight Coaches Club', please contact Mark Young - mark.young@devonfa.com or 01626 323562.
