Club Assistant Referee Workshops

Following feedback from clubs and volunteers Cambridgeshire FA is going to run a series of club assistant referee workshops.

Each session will be up to 90 minutes long and available to anyone who has an interest in running the line. Whether you are the chosen volunteer on a weekly basis who is handed the flag or have never even had a go, come along to this fun and interactive session.

Sessions will be FREE and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance (although there is no formal qualification).

Topics covered will include what to do (and what not to do!) with the flag, how to signal, basic decision making, positioning and plenty of opportunities to apply the techniques in a practical setting out on the pitch - you will need to be ready to participate practically!
