Should a candidate or candidates wish to cancel their attendance on the
course, candidates must inform Birmingham County FA immediately. All our

candidate from attending.
Cancellation:
Should a candidate need to cancel their place on a course for any
reason, the following criteria will apply:

days or more notice – Full refund less a £10 administration charge.
- Less
than 14 days’ notice – No refund will be given.
To book onto a future
course, the candidate will need to enrol again with full payment.
Transfer:
The Birmingham County FA do not have a transfer policy. If a candidate

enrol again with full payment.

session missed will need to be paid to complete the course. This will be at the
discretion of the County FA.
*Note: If the sessions missed are either the Safeguarding
